Anyone else getting this error on a lot of pages? (Making a highlight on the page seems to fix the problem.)

Yes we can reproduce the bug already, and a fix is already pushed.
Should be live in a few days, when the chrome store approves the changes. But because of Corona Virus issues, there has always been delays recently.

2.0.16 is already out and the bug is fixed. I canāt reproduce it anymore.
If you can, please let me know the exact steps you are taking, so we can reproduce it too.
