Can't reset password of crowdfunding account

I can’t reset the password of the account with which I had participated in the pre-sale / crowdfunding.

Any ideas?

How to reproduce

Enter email address in “reset password” field, click reset, click on link in mail. There you (/at least I) go.

my setup

Newest macOS Mojave
Firefox 70.0

yes we are aware of the problem and are in the mode of fixing it.
See: Internal Server Error upon trying to register/upgrade
